Heather has worked as a therapist since the mid 1990’s and in the NHS since 2001. She accepts referrals from GPs, fellow Psychologists and other health care professionals concerning individuals experiencing both mild to moderate and moderate to severe and enduring mental health problems. Additionally she now maintains her own private practice where individuals can self refer. Trained as an Integrative therapist Heather can draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema focused work. Read More

	Heather is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Counselling Psychologist and with UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a Psychotherapist. She works in two locations, Cardiff, South Wales and Dartmouth, Devon. The rooms in Cardiff are in the suburb of Cyncoed. They are in a secluded location accessed via a private lane where there is ample off road parking and easy access to motorways and bus routes. The rooms In Dartmouth are situated in the town and accessed via a narrow lane where vehicle access is restricted. Public parking can be accessed nearby in the town centre.
